A FASS diesel system combines fuel delivery with filtration and air-separation functions. System selection depends on the vehicle application, fuel plumbing and engine requirements. Gallons per hour describes flow capacity; it does not by itself establish compatibility or the best choice for your engine.
Compare the system families
Titanium Signature Series and Signature Series PLUS configurations differ in fittings and line arrangements. No Drop and other installation configurations also change the tank connection and installation plan. A kit must match the published application and its supplied components; do not treat a product family as one universal kit.
Choose flow and installation details
Share the engine, current modifications, towing use, desired flow option and any existing lift pump or fuel-system changes. Our researched options include 100 and 165 GPH kits for specific Dodge/RAM applications. Other Ford, GM and RAM configurations can be requested using the manufacturer’s vehicle finder and the manual request below.
