A 12V-class 100Ah LiFePO4 house battery is typically rated at 12.8V nominal. The Group 24 designation helps describe its size class, but exact dimensions and terminals vary by model. Check available space, hold-downs, cable reach and electrical demand rather than assuming that a group size alone makes it a direct replacement.
Compare feature options
Standard, Bluetooth and self-heating versions offer different features. Bluetooth monitoring can show battery information; low-temperature charge protection stops charging under its specified conditions; a self-heating model uses a different heating arrangement. Verify the exact model’s instructions for temperature limits and the conditions needed to enable charging.
Review the complete house-power system
The RV converter, solar controller, alternator charging path, inverter draw, fusing and cable sizes all need to suit the selected battery bank. These house-power options are not engine-starting replacements. Share the current system and intended loads so the shop can quote a compatible installation.
